Learning

Once upon a time I was a teacher and leader in education. It made me realise what is magical about learning, what works, and what is oddly missing from it as soon as we step into the workplace or log in to a computer.

I've built innovative and compelling learning programs for many companies. They go beyond the “click through some slides and answer ten questions” norm and instead bring people together to thrash out the big issues they face as organisations.

Branding

Now look, I never saw this one coming either, but I have helped senior leaders at some of the biggest companies tackle knotty issues like “why do we exist?”, “how do we show up in the world?”, and “what does it mean to be an employee here?”. I like to think I could draw a logo if push come to shove.
